If you experience activation issues using an activation code:
-Ensure you have correctly entered your activation code, including hyphens.
-Use your AVG Account to retrieve a copy of your activation code, then try activating the app again.
If you experience activation issues using your AVG Account:
Ensure that you are entering the credentials for the AVG Account that is linked to your AVG Internet Security subscription. To verify this, sign in to your AVG Account in your web browser and click the Subscriptions tile to see a list of the linked subscriptions.

Kindly check why you deducted $29.88 from my card today 19th July 2024 for yearly avg internet security but I cant get protection and the app keeps asking for me to pay again. payment ref (reference number removed)
I am having the same problem - purchased AVG today, but nothing shows up in my subscriptions in my account and all "support" seems to do when I describe the problem is list a few FAQ's - if this is what AVG has become then it is stuffed!
