I Paid for VPN but no proof it is working

I understand your concern. Please open AVG dashboard installed in your computer and check if you are able to see AVG Secure VPN installed. If it shows as not installed, please click on AVG Secure VPN tile and install the product. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.

Hi, I paid (a lot of money!) several months ago for the VPN. There is no evidence on my computer that it is working. I have changed countries and as far as I can tell, my computer and internet are operating as if this new country has access to my computer and info. In fact, I keep getting notices to try out the 30-day free VPN trial from AVG. If it is actually working why is AVG constantly trying to sell me what I already have?

There is nothing that says whether it is installed or not. I click on the tile and it just sends me to random information about it.

Erin, It would be helpful if you could provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of AVG Secure VPN interface. I would also like to inform you that you need to turn on the Secure VPN protection manually on every restart of your computer.
