I paid my subscription for AVG PRO performance (1 year). I followed the instruction to log intomy AVGaccound from the the zen page and my account page recognises the subscription. So why does AVG keep asking me to renew and how can I stop it asking?

The renewal message is for AVG performance PRO and it is very insistent… We also have a 2 year subscription to AVG internet security (installed In 2014) but we don't get any renewal messages for AVG internet security.
BTW our earlier AVG internet security is not recognised by the Zen interface… It launches from a separate icon on the desktop.
We have been using AVG products since 2012 and we have never had this sort of problem before.
