I paid to upgrade from AVG Trial to AVG 2015 for 2 years but it still says that the upgrade has not taken effect. Coul simeone olease advise what to do

Mine cancelled after 4 weeks. I have the same problem and get no answers. There is no where to call and the tech support page doesn't work. This is not the AVG I am used to. I will contact the vendor and complain to them.
