I payed but didn't receive anything yet

I payed monday around 15.55h, so 48 hours would've been today at 15.55. I still didn't receive an e-mail confirming my payment. Can you look into this?

Yesterday I bought AVG Internet Security and TuneUp for a period of 1 year. I paid manually because I don't want it to renew every year without my knowing. The problem is that I didn't get an e-mail yet confirming that they received my payment. When I log in in MyAVG account under the tab 'Order History' there is no information about my order. 

Am I just impatient or is something going wrong? Does it just take some time to process?

Casper, I understand this must be upsetting. But I see that you have initiated the order for AVG Internet Security - Unlimited - 12 Months and AVG TuneUp Unlimited 12 Months license through wire transfer method but the payment status is still "pending".
Please be informed that the wire transfer method usually take few business days to complete. Once we receive the payment, you will receive the license number through email.
