Hi Conor,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, we see that the AVG Internet Security - Unlimited has already been registered. Also, AVG Internet Security - Unlimited does not require a license number for activation, as it is activated using your AVG My Account that was created during your purchase. If you have already installed the product, please follow these steps to activate it:

1. Open AVG Zen (click Start - Programs - AVG Zen - AVG).
2. Click Connect in the top part of the window.
3. Click Connect to an existing Zen Network.
4. Fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then click Connect.
5. AVG Zen will recognize your subscription and your AVG product will be activated.

I purchased a new AVG Package on 25th March.  It does not seem to have activated even though I followed all the steps and instruction.  Can you check this for me please?
