I purchased AVG Anti Virus Dec 28, 2014, thought firewall was included, but it seems not, but I have not the free version, I payed for it. How cab I get the Firewall protection without having to pay again?

Gabriele, Firewall only features in the AVG Internet Security. You can upgrade. When available, A member of the official AVG Community Support in Brno, Czech Rep… will see your topic & respond but please bear in mind that it's now the weekend.

Hi Gabriele,
You bought lower edition which is cheaper so there is not free upgrade to Internet Security.
You can either refund current order and buy Internet Security or upgrade (15,99 eur) to Internet Security.
