Hello Phil,

I understand this must be upsetting.
I could see that you have renewed AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription) and it is valid till 20th February 2020.
The expiry notices should have appeared due to activation issues. Let us fix that.
Open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions".
Click on "Log out" and select "Log in".
Enter your AVG my account credentials and check whether it updates the renewed subscription.
Keep us informed about the status.

avg keeps saying that Imy service has expired  I payed  89.98 and do not have protection.  why does avg not stand behind their product.  It seems to me that this needs to go viral so more people do not get their money stolen.  One more scam in cyber space.
