I am sorry that you are unable to view AVG subscriptions in AVG My Account and encountering trial popups with AVG product. You have purchased AVG Internet Security (1 computer) valid till 2020.2.21. I don't find active subscription of AVG PC TuneUp in your account. Hence please provide the order id or invoice id of AVG PC TuneUp product.

Please share the screenshot AVG My Account webpage to check and resolve the issue with it.

I have a 2 year purchase until Sept 2018 for AVG tune up.   My computer keeps telling me my free trial is over.  When I go into the AVG site I have no programs listed in my account.  I also purchased AVG in Feb 2018 for a 2 year term, but that seems fine.  Help.
