I ran something on AVG and now my task bar and all the graphics seem off

We’d love to help. You might have clicked Turbo Mode on the AVG PC TuneUp user interface. I request you to open AVG PC TuneUp, you will be able to see "three buttons" in a row (left bottom corner), please click on the middle button (Play symbol) to change it to the Standard Mode.

How to I get my toolbar and task bar to look normal again? I think I did something when it asked if I wanted to start up in 'simple mode' or something like that.
