I renewed and paid my AVG Breach guard subscription (order AVG*AGP2123896298) never received an activation/confirmation E mail . Asked by telephone got my activation code of last year.In my account breachguard still expires the coming days

I renewed and paid my AVG Breach guard subscription (order AVG*AGP2123896298) never received an activation/confirmation E mail . Asked by telephone got my activation code of last year.In my account breachguard still expires the coming days.

It sounds like the renewal may not have been associated with the same AVG account. Double-check that you’re signed in with the email address used for the purchase before activating the subscription.
