I renewed AVG Password Protection for 1 year, got D/L for AVG Free

I JUST renewed my subscription for AVG Password Protection, but the download link sent to me was for AVG Free Edition.  I can't afford the Phone In service … and Live Chat shows 'Not Available'.  How do I get this solved??

When I placed the renewal, the address that showed up was my Yahoo.com address (same name). Order confirmation # 16834799938.  Thanks for the quick reply, Ranjani!
