My old Computer ceased working. So I bought a Lap Top, and one of your assistants helped me install my Anti Virus, but it kept telling me to have Tune Up, that I have also paid for so the Anti Virus would not work. Unfotunately the Lap Top was damaged so I took it back to PC WORLD, and exchanged it for another. I now do not have the Anti Virus I have purchased from you. I am using McFee which is installed on the Lap Top, but will finish in 14days, so I would like to use the AVG Ant Virus I paid for with you. So any advice would help. Thank You.,
