I still can't view any of my products or licenses

I am still not able to view my products in my account. I can only view the invoices.
How do I retrieve my license information for my active accounts?

I understand the inconvenience. I have sent you an email, please attach the screenshot of My products tab and My order history tab displaying your email address on top. I will escalate the case to the concern team to fix it.
