I think ive been virus attacked or Hacked?

Im worried because  I used my pc earlier  and at first all that wouldn't work were the opening of news items (any and all) I got a lot of garbage saying "the blob wasn't there" etc. I did a virus scan which said that it wasn't a virus. Then I thought it may be a driver corrupted so did a scan and that was ok.
My next idea was to perform system restore and when I got my pc back working it said that the System Restore did NOT complete.
I decided to take a look around me controls and found all my emails have gone, I cant get online with Edge Browser and then I got a screen notice that my "microsoft colin.roberts70@outlook.com" is out of date !
It appears that ANYTHING to do with Microsoft isnt working… but I can use Google, and is how im writing now.
Have I been hacked?  I dont know…but ive been at this for hours and need assistance (if I qualify)?
Im not sure if ill get a reply  with my email not working, but at least ill be able to see the reply on this site.   Thanks  Colin

Oh my dear Rakshith… theres nothing to capture for you my friend!  I cannot open my Edge browser where the message was, cannot see ANY email in my folder (although I think i have seen it all on the online microsoft site), cannot use my email address but microsoft site still seems to recognise it, and  I need to know how I get my files back from there (I think)…You see I  a ve mental health issues with BiPolar and my memory is extremely bad.
However I have done two smart scans and on DEEP scan as you suggested. The scans show no malware infection.
