I thought I was updating 2012 PC Tune Up - It installed the 2014 version and now the licence key is not valid

Thank you for the response. I'm not sure how this works. This gives part of the original key number for the internet security antivirus. which is already fine on my computer.
 
What I need is to revert back to my original 2012 Tune up. It seems to be a seperate entity from Internet Security antivirus altogether with a seperate licence number.
My friend puchased the (3 computers 24 months) order number 35-2356977

I dont have the licence number for it and 2012 Tune Up has vanished after "updating". and a trial version of 2014 tune up took its place.

I thought I was updating the 2012 PC Tune Up which I renewed in Oct 2013.The 2014 version installed deleting the earlier version and now the licence key is not valid. This is a very confusing area for the layman user, how do I sort this out?
