I thought tech 24/7 means I would have help when I needed. It means problems with the productsIgot from you ,right?

Ihave a new gateway, everyone wants to charge meto fix. How can a NEW  computer have so many problems? I'm afraid to trust any tech sopport out there !  Thank You for any help.
