I have just looked at my account with AVG as I'm continually being offered new products, even though I seem to be paying for extensive protection as it is. In the course of doing this I thought that I had cancelled the automatic renewal, next July, of Tune-up , only for the entire year's worth of protection/help to be withdrawn. PLEASE can I either have a refund or continue until expiration date. As it is I seem to be paying for apparently over-lapping services. I'd like to speak to someone who could explain exactly what I'm paying for and their uses.
