I thought that you had renewed my yearly coverage in November 2021

I cacelled Tune up years ago. I am talking about my 10 device cover which I understood had been paid for in November 2021. Payment was to be taken from card **** (last 4 digits removed).

I was given a n activation code but then later, you told me that my coverage had lapsed. You took payment from card which does not expire until June 2022. Please clarify
