I did not wish to proceeed with the AVG after the trial period, and complained that i was not aware or gave specific approval to bill deduction at the time of trial subscription. In fact i was not aware HOW  AVG would take funds and that i did not give a specific details for…?
I wished to request a refund and did not believe the trial was what i needed.
