I tried to renew my vpn and 4 sales persons and 1 technical person were unable to renew my subscript
Does anyone have the problem of 4 sales persons and 1 technical support person unable to renew my VPN I have several other items that are still active. I am told that the link is broken. This is after 2 and a half hours trying to get my account vpn renewed. Seriously wondering about competence of the whole package, and definitely the staff. By the way I was disconnected 3 different times and had to start all over.
