I try to continue my subscription for AVG Internet security. The payment goes well, but then i got a message that there is something going wrong. Now for the second time. 
I pay with iDeal and Rabo-bank.
After a few days i got my paiment back. But so i don't get a continuing of my subscription.
What is wrong?
