Okay so I upgraded to AVG pro and ever since then, it says that the firewall is down, the computer is not protected even though it's up to date, the internet is "partially" protected and my identity isn't protected. It always seems to get that way after the initial restart of my computer. I don't understand why but I'm hoping that someone will have an answer for me.
Thanks for the quick response. I am currently repairing the installation and will respond whether or not it fixes the problem.
