I use several years the mailstore program "Mailstore home". Why is AVG blocking this program now?

After many years of functioning without problems, I cannot use the mailstore program while AVG is activated. How can I configure AVG to avoid this problem?

Hello Dik. Thank you for providing the screenshots. Have you tried adding the Mailstore application to AVG's Exception.
