I`ve paid for an update but it keeps asking me to update

I paid for an update but it keeps asking me to update

On some computers he has removed the paid version and installed the free version.

When I look at my subscriptions, the old appears as expired and new appears too. I have tried to download and install several times the new subscription, but it always associate my account with the expired subscription.

I will add that it is very annoying to pay almost € 100 for a product and not have support in Spanish, my language.

Juanjo, I'm afraid that this Community is basically only English language.
