I want a refund

I would like a refund but, I already issued several requests for reimbursement for an automatic renewal payment, I did not want to be charged since I have another current product from you. My concern is that in the requests I made I do not receive the mail with my case number to any folder, could you follow me? I don't want more time to pass and I need that refund as soon as possible.
