I completely understand your concern. I see that you have already been auto renewed for your AVG TuneUp - Unlimited, hence it is good till 2019.3.7. Do you wish to get refund for that renewed order?

I just used the trial verion on a laptop of a friend to see how it works, now I got a billing, but I don't want this Tune up, so I will stop the payment
