I want to Cancel and Unsubscribe permanently from AVG Security and Tune-up's auto re-enroll

Under MY Account I am not able to unsubscribe and/or cancel the annual auto re-enrollment.   I have tried multiple times and the screens are not provided to "UNSUBSCRIBE"  "CONFIRM"  or give the information posted.  PERMANENTLY CANCEL/UNSUBSCRIBE  AVG Security and Tune-up 525765xxxxx / 525765xxxxx  KD4QYC-3EEDKJ-4xxxxx… making sure to STOP all further auto actions for renewal.   Thank you, Cheryl Dempey jandc1220@yahoo.com

We'll certainly clarify this.
Automatic renewal of AVG TuneUp and AVG Internet Security are already cancelled on 9th Sep 2019, which is the reason you do not see an option to cancel them now.
The recent email notifications you received from AVG are reminders to renew the subscriptions manually. Please ignore them.
