Hello Judy,
We understand that you would like to cancel the auto renewal for the AVG Subscription. Upon checking your records, we see that you have two active programs 1. AVG Antivirus and 2. AVG Internet Security. We would like to inform you that the auto renewal for the AVG Internet Security is already cancelled which is valid till 5/8/2017 but the auto renewal is active only for AVG Antivirus which is valid till 2/16/2018. Could you please confirm back to us whether you would like to cancel the auto renewal for AVG Antivirus which is valid till 2/16/2018.
