We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We see that the automatic renewal for the AVG Ultimate was already cancelled and you will not be charged further.
It seems that the AVG Ultimate is valid till 2017.6.18 and you can refer the below link to cancel it from your AVG MY account for future AVG Programs:

i want to cancel my subscription, and of course no help is about that is written some suggestions, but when you follow in the letter or in my accounts you can not find them. so after one year of using avg i do not want to pay more, how should i cancel my subscription?
