Hi Ander,

We are sorry that you decided to cancel your AVG account completely.

We couldn't locate any active AVG accounts registered with the e-mail address you used to contact us. If you have an account under different e-mail address, please visit https://www.avg.com/gdpr, enter your email address and click Request Access. After that, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.

Once you delete your AVG account, you will no longer have access to your current subscriptions.
