I've done all the steps you said. But my account is still active. And nobody answered please delete my account.

Please visit https://www.avg.com/gdpr, enter your email address and click Request Access. Then, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion. I'd like to inform that you cannot use any active subscription once the account deletion request is processed.

I want to delete my account because I am not using it. I emailed you about this but no one answered. I want my account to be deleted, I don't think my account should remain because I don't use it. Please delete my account.
