Preamble: When I bought my Ultimate, I could right-click the tray icon and select "Temporarily Disable AVG". and choose how long.
Now AVG claims it is an upgrade now and that is why the icons changed and why it now takes 11 clicks to get to the disable. The Open AVG icon doesn't open AVG, it opens Zen and it lets me open AVG. If I run the gauntlet to get there, and do disable AVG for a bit, I get a notice telling me I can re-enable AVG by "right-clicking the AVG tray icon and selecting ""Enable AVG protection."" but right-clicking does NOT have that option. The product I had, the Lamborghini of security has been "updated" to a horse and buggy.

My question is. Does anyone know of a way to create a task file that will load the program I use to have, that can now be found 10 clicks away, so it is in the tray or as a shortcut? That is, I would like click once to access disable AVG. As I see it, the menus inside the program, like the Option menu in AVG are links to the part of the program that disables it.

* I cannot trust in anyone that wants me to accept that going from fast, efficient, and user friendly to a horse and buggy was an upgrade.
