Many thanks, I have tried this it simply does not work, I am using a lap top and suspect if I was using a computer it would work, the solution came to me lsat night I have to purcghase what has expired as a new customer…

Hi Guys,

My pay pal has been renewed and AVG cannot bill them.
They send bills with a AVG button what next?
They will not sort the problem.
