last year I paid to Norman and everything was ok
now Norman doesn't exist anymore and has been taken over by AVG
THIS YEAR I have paid 48,18 EUR to BE62 0639 5813 9561 in Belgium om 08th of March 2017 ref 486726585859
The bank said the money has been transferred
Last year I got the update automatically on my computer, BUT now this year nothing happens
can you please check what has gone wrong? can you say me what I have to do now?

Hi Leo,
We have checked the details and it seems that the Norman renewal is changed to AVG Ultimate but unfortunately the payment status is still under unpaid,
Could you please confirm whether you have debited for the transaction?
