Hello Arsenio,

You have been charged $42.79 for the AVG Anti-Track (1 Year) product on 20th July 2019.
The auto renewal service for its 60 day trial was cancelled only on 22nd July 2019.
As per your request, we have initiated the refund for this charge and an email has been sent explaining its status.

I was billed $42.79 by DRI*AVG (TECHNOLO 844-259-8811 MN) on July 22, 2019 on my Debit Card and I would like a refund. 
I was offered a 30 day Trial Offer for an AVG feature , and seconds afterwards I realized it was not what I thought it was;  So, I immediately cancelled it. I CANCELLED!
If have no idea why AVG would charge if I had Cancelled and never used this "30 Free Trial"?

I want a refund ASAP, thank you.
