I had financial troubles with my credit card when you took money from my account without my consent, without any warning. This is called "fraud". Please refund immediately and delete my account with you. I never signed out for automatic renewal. You should have the decency to ask before helping yourselves. As a proof that you have taken the money unlawfully is the payment history. In 2018 and 2019 no payments made, therefore I did not have an annual subscription, therefore is wasn't the case of automatic subscription renewal. Last payment was in 25Dec 2017 for £49.99 and now you took £74.99 on 10Feb 2020.
