I was charge $50.99 and another charge for $65.99 this morning

I received 2 charges this morning.  I was just trying to add my laptop to my regular account.  I have received the run-around from your chat group.  I was in the middle of a call from my credit card company questionning these 2 charges when I found out about them.  I immediately asked for a cancellation of the 2nd charge, but no one could "help" me.  I am ready to take my business elsewhere.  Please could someone help me with this problem.  I have decided not to add my laptop, since I found out this morning that I already have another account with a different number that I can use.  I will okay the $50.99 charge for a 2-years upgrade, even though it is not due until June.

If you have made two orders. But having to cancel one.
Then you can request a refund, by following these steps
