I was charged 139.99 on my Visa card on July 4, 2017.
I canceled my AVG subscription several months ago and it was uninstalled from my computer. on july 17, 2017 I paid $99 for two years which would run until July 17, 2019. When I contacted AVG some months ago, I gave my best effort to cancel and NOT extend at the end of the paid up term. I received several pleas to return to AVG which leads me to believe AVG considered that I had canceled and did not want to use their services… I RECEIVED NO NOTIFICATION OF ANY PENDING CHARGES. Please help me terminate my account with AVG and receive a refund on my credit card for the 139.99 charge., Thanks, Porter Smith
