I was charged 48.59 for something I thought I cancelled

We are unable to find any recent charges related to 48.59$ under your account.

Upon checking your account, we see that the last order to renew your subscription for the AVG PC TuneUp (44.99$) is in unpaid status.

Therefore no money has been taken by us for the renewal. We have also cancelled the auto renewal for the subscription so that you will not be charged again for the same.

In case you have been charged already, the funds will automatically be refunded to your account. If you do not receive these funds within 5-7 business days, we recommend that you call your bank and enquire about it.

AVG eCommerce what is that? I don't want it and I thought I cancelled any automatic charging. I want my money back!
