I was charged $ 60,00 for 1 year subscription after free trial, which ends today

You have been charged because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up for AVG TuneUp (60 day trial). We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email. This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.

I have initiated refund for this order as per your request and sent an email confirming the same. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.
