I was charged for $49.99 last May 27, 2018. What is this all about, I have not ordered this purchas

I tried to pull your account details, but I couldn't using the email address from which you have contacted us. I have sent you an email, please attach the bank statement or proof of purchase to pull the details and assist further with the refund.

Please return my money back which you deducted from my credit card.  I do not have even an account'
with you.  How come you got my credit card info.  This is not acceptable.

Your immediate action will be greatly appreciated.

Let me help you to sort this out.

As you have enrolled for trial subscription for AVG TuneUp Unlimited with an automatic renewal enabled, you will get charge 3 days before the expiry date of the trial subscription. I have canceled the program and you will not be charged in the future. 

Let me know if you need anything else.

I have the similiar problem here. I received the following:

"We're keeping you protected!
Dear CHAI SIM TEE, 


Your AVG TuneUp (30-day Trial) expires on 10 July 2018, but you don't need to do anything.

We'll automatically extend your subscription for you on 7 July 2018. $49.99 (including TAX) will be charged to your credit or debit card ending in ************2277. 




If you have questions about your order, please visit your AVG MyAccount. 

Please note: This email message was sent from a notification-only address that cannot accept incoming email. Please do not reply to this messsage."


I received this from my email inbox saying that my debit card will be charged automatically as it will automatically extend my subscription. I do not wish to continue extending my subscription but i can't find the way to cancel or stop this automatic extension of my subscription. Please let me know how? 

And also, i didn't register my debit card info with AVG, i am quite shocked that it has my debit card info.
