I was charged for a product that I did not purchase and want a refund

I was charged 69.99 for a product that I most certainly did not purchase. I received no email nor did I receive an email about it anywhere. I don't even know how you have my card info being that i've only ever used the free AVG and have never made a purchase. I demand a refund ASAP!!!
