I was charged for two things - I don't want either

On checking the email address registered with AVG, we are unable to locate any active subscription or recent charges.

I have sent an email requesting more information to locate the accounts. Please check the email and respond.

I believe my son (4) was having trouble getting back to playing his game as AVG likes to spam me with pop-ups on occasion. In his confusion, I can only assume he made two purchases. One is for $85.59, the other for $42.79. I have no idea what was purchased or how it was able to be processed without some kind of verification. I logged into my AVG for the first time on the sight and updated my email. I don't have access to the email where the order details must have been sent. I can't seem to find how to refund either of the two charges or even how to see them on my AVG login.
