I clicked on a site that said in a loud womans voice that I had a virus and to call the number on my screen immediately…which I did NOT do…they froze up my computer and I couldn't close the page…I had to restart computer.  After I was up again…I tried to open AVG to do a virus scan and it won't open…so what should I do?
