I see that the auto renewal for your AVG Internet Security (1 computer) was already cancelled and the expiry date is 7th December 2017.
The other license is for AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) that expired on 18th June 2017 and the auto renewal was cancelled for it too.
Please provide the email address for which you received the notification about the auto renewal which will help us to confirm for which license you received the notification.

When I try to cancel the automatic renewal of my account, the antivirus product does not appear in my account listing - there's a message saying that AVG is undergoing system renewal which means my products may not appear. This means I cannot cancel the subscription - so please advise how I can cancel
