I am trying to cancel all of the five AVG programmes which I seem to have on my computer, but even with the help of my local computer shop we have only been able to cancel AVG Tune up, which you have acknowledged in Wednesday's email. I have only just realised how much money AVG have been helping themselves to from my bank account and I particularly wish to cancel the one for which you took £84.99 this week and have that amount repaid as soon as possible. I will be contacting the bank once that is repaid to ensure that you are unable to take any further payments, having realised that you have had around £300 in the last year for my "Internet ~Security"!
At no point have I received any reminders of renewals so these payments just seem to slip through!
I look forward to a prompt response.
