I wish to unsubscribe to AVG . How do I do this

Upon checking your account, we could see that you have an AVG PC TuneUp valid till Mar 3, 2020.

The auto renewal for your subscription has been already cancelled. Therefore, you won't be charged in the future after the expiration of the product.

However, we are unable to find any subscription that is about to expire on Dec 30.

Did you receive the email in the same email address "anwbot****@gmail.com"?

I received notice that my AVG is due Dec 30. I have already cancelled one subscription. How do I unscribe totally form AVG
