I WOULD APPRECIATE A REFUND FOR THE pURCHASE OF avg 2015 IF IT IS NOT GOING TO WORK

I PURCHASED AN  AVG PC TUNE UP ON 11/10/15,I COULD NOT INSTALL IT IN MY COMPUTER
EVEN WITH THE AVE TECHNICIAN. THE AVG TECHNICHIAN SAID MY COMPUTER WAS TO OLD
AND IT WOULD NOT DOWN LOAD. I WOULD LIKE MY REIMBURSEMENT BACK FROM AVG.
THAT WAS ALOT OF MONEY. I DID NOT SEE A REFUND FORM TO FILL OUT LIKE THE AVG
TECHNICIAN TOLD ME TO FILL OUT PLEASE ADVISE HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND BACK
