I want AVG to refund the money taken from my Paypal account for a not ordered renewal of the free version. I do not agree that any one charges me for something I did not order especiallysince I stopped using the software before the end of the free subscription. Only now, after having collected the fee, AVG makes it possible to address AVG and share complaints. I wonder if they have a real client service department.

When you purchase an AVG subscription (formally known as "Continuing Protection Service"), the subscription will continue until you have cancelled it. Customers will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. Customers will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period.
